Quantum Wellness premieres its nutrition and dietetic assessment service
Led by nutiritions specialist Marina Luketina Šunjka , this new section utilises functional nutrition treatments and diagnostic systems to detect stress and oxidation levels and then applies personalised plans
The nutrition and dietetic section, headed by specialist Marina Luketina Šunjka, integrates the most advanced diagnostic systems to detect stress and oxidation levels among other parameters and then formulates personalised plans according to a person’s energy metabolism and specific objectives.
Among the tools used by the hotel’s team of specialists the most notable is the BRS system for the design of personalised nutrition plans and the prevention of injuries and disease. They also use the body analysis system for measuring stress levels and body composition to be able to prepare an adapted biological treatment, according to specific needs such as the prevention of aging or different pathologies; recovery from injuries; and nutrient, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, etc.
The subsequent follow-up of the initial diagnosis allows for the evaluation of the impact of food plans and toning programmes, as well as weight variation and body composition over time.
With the incorporation of the new nutrition and dietetic service, the Quantum Wellness club is advancing in its commitment to offer a service responding to the growing demand for a holistic wellness proposal.
According to the hotel’s general manager, “health and wellbeing are increasingly being related to leisure time and relaxation, so we wanted to take it a step further with the creation of an innovative nutrition and dietetic service that helps our visitors and guests take advantage of their stay with us not only to relax, but also to acquire all sorts of healthy habits.”
